SInce 2013, Nicoya Health & Lifestyle Management has been serving the senior living community, creating innovative and customized strategies that deliver measurable health and well-being improvement for employees, residents and the communities at-large.
Cody Montgomery, MS
Cody's personal well-being philosophy is brief and to the point: “Spend time with God and aim for balance in life above extremes.” Out of his passion for the well-being industry and desire to collaborate with like-minded professionals in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Cody co-founded the Worksite Wellness Leaders Alliance, a networking group meant to help connect local professionals who serve in the health and well-being field. When away from the office, Cody enjoys spending time with his wife Brittany and their two daughters, fly-fishing, enjoying a good cup of coffee and a good book, and rooting on his DBU Patriots and Colorado Buffaloes. Cody keeps the Nicoya office light by regularly quoting lines from his favorite sitcom, The Office.
Sara Kyle, PhD.
Director of Operations
While personal well-being is a passion of Sara's, her well-being philosophy isn’t all that complex: “eat well, move often, sleep enough – and healthy doesn’t always have a predetermined look.” She serves as a Peer Reviewer both for the Journal of Active Aging and on the Aging in America Conference Proposal Selection Committee, she’s a member of the National Falls Prevention Conference Faculty, and serves as Chair of the CASACA Games 4 Life in Dallas/Fort Worth. Outside of the office, Sara, her husband Andy, and their two sons, one of whom is “on the way,” love being outside, traveling, and enjoying a nice dinner party from time-to-time. A fun fact about Sara – she is fascinated by highway construction, particularly overpasses and bridges!.
Jordan Wootten, MBA, CSCS
Director of The Nicoya Institute, Account Management
The well-being philosophy that Jordan holds to is pretty simple: “balance.” During his tenure at Nicoya, Jordan has had the privilege of writing for Corporate Wellness Magazine on numerous occasions. While away from the office, Jordan prefers to be at home with his wife Juliana and their three young sons – if he ever gets a free moment he enjoys reading, writing, and drinking a great cup of coffee or two; basically anything that involves quiet. Jordan is a self-proclaimed “foodie,” and enjoys trying new and exotic foods as often as he can.
